The most viral video of all time "Kony 2012" which took a mere six days to reach 100 million views, was the brainchild of a person obviously passionate about a cause that needed addressing. His mission -- to expose the criminal acts on children of Ugandan, Joseph Kony. But now TMZ.com is reporting that Jason Russell the co-creator of the video was arrested last night in San Diego for allegedly being drunk in public and masturbating.
