The Texas State Railroad is hosting the 15th Annual 'Armed Forces' Event May 25, 26 and 27th. The event offers visitors a chance to step back in military history to celebrate our Armed Forces. It's something the entire family can enjoy!

Memorial Day weekend activities continue today in Longview at the 6th Annual 'Party In The Pines' at the Longview fairgrounds. This includes a biker rally, music, parades, vendors and more. 8:00am - Guided bike tour 1pm - on the main stage - Patriotic Tribute with Flag Retirement Ceremony,National Anthem and Military Tribute, and then the Patriotic Parade leaves from the fairgrounds. 6pm - Sgt. 1s
