In a hurry and you need to feed the family? It doesn't get any quicker or easier then this Tuna Casserole! I found this recipe from a church cookbook that I have had for over 20 years. The church I attended most of my life when I stilled lived at home, always published a yearly. My mother and all her friends would always submit recipes! (Now these ladies were some great cooks!) The year I married, my mother gave me one of these cookbooks. Between me and you, she was probably hoping I would use it! But it set in my kitchen drawer for years. Well recently I came across this cookbook and I decided to take an look at it. I wanted to start easy so I tried this tuna casserole dish, and I thought to myself, 'hey even I can handle making this dish!' So I did! What do ya know? It turned out fabulous!
