Amy’s Tips To Prevent Mosquito Bites This Summer – Ouch!
I hate mosquitoes!!! And East Texas summers are the worst for mosquitoes. Not only do they bite and itch, but you can contract West Nile if an infected mosquito bites you! West Nile Virus is a very serious virus. I found some preventative measures on WebMD that can help you keep the mosquitoes away this summer!
Something to remember: The chance that any one person is going to become ill from a single mosquito bite remains low. The risk of severe illness and death is highest for people over 50 years old, although people of all ages can become ill.
We are all familiar with these tips, but I thought we could use a reminder!
