Taylor Swift is excited with her MTV nomination for the 'Best Video With A Message!' Of course that video is her hit single, 'Mean!' 'The Best Video With A Message' is a new category this year which highlights songs that deal with social issues. Fans can vote at MTV’s website until August 16. The VMAs air live on MTV on August 28. Swift is country music’s only VMA winner, picking up the award for Best Female Video in 2009. Her acceptance speech was famously cut short by Kanye West’s declaration that Beyonce had the best video ever.
