Most of you guys hear me talk about what a huge fan I am of "The Voice." Last night the battle rounds started, and boy, there were some battles! The battle rounds are where the team competes against each other to determine who will proceed in the competition.   I'm rooting for "Team Blake," because of course, it's our country boy Blake Shelton. Blake has two of the youngest contestants on the show, Jake Worthington and Lexia Luca, and they competed in a battle round last night. Both contestants are also country singers.

Their battle song was Thomas Rhett's "It Goes Like This," and man it was a battle! In the end, the battle was won by Jake.

Jake had auditioned for "The Voice" last year and didn't make the cut. But Jake took the words of wisodm from the coaches and came back to make it on "Team Blake" this year!

I must congratulate Tyler's own Stevie Jo from "Team Usher" who won his battle! We're cheering for ya Stevie Jo!

Check out his audition song, my favorite country song of all time, Keith Whitley's "Don't Close Your Eyes." He would have made Keith Whitley proud.

Here is the battle between Jake and Lexia.
