“The Yeti Bandit” Has Been Captured

Tanner Beattie, believed to be "The Yeti Bandit" has been captured by Kilgore Police according to myeasttex.com.

Beattie is said to have traveled between Marshall, Longview and Kilgore and stealing Yeti cooler to sell on Craiglist.

Beattie would search hotel parking lots looking for the coolers and use bolt cutters to cut the chain the coolers were attached to.

Police are asking if you recently purchased a Yeti cooler off of Craiglist from the East Texas area, it may be one of these stolen coolers. Contact Detective Tim Dukes at 903-218-6904 for more information.
