Three suspects wanted for their role in last month’s fire and explosion at an East Texas oil storage facility that seriously injured two people, are now in custody.

According to Van Zandt County Authorities,  Brandy Wolfe, H.R. Price and Heather Wolfe surrendered themselves Wednesday to Van Zandt County Constable Precinct Four Pat Jordan.

The three were arraigned by Justice of the Peace Precinct Four Judge Scott Shinn. They were then transported to the Van Zandt County Justice Center in Canton and were in the process of posting bond. The bonds were set at $50,000.00 for the Criminal Mischief and $10,000.00 on the Criminal Trespass.

The fire at the Three Folks Operating Company near Van occurred January 29,2013. Both people injured have been released from Dallas Parkland Hospital and are recovering at home.
