Tim McGraw chose the perfect place for a live premiere of his brand new single, 'Lookin' for That Girl.' During the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Special on Monday night (Feb. 3), Heidi Klum took a few minutes to brag on the singer before he took the stage.

"He's had 14 albums enter the Billboard chart at No. 1," Klum said before handing the mic over to McGraw. The Louisiana native looked chic during the event, sporting all black on a stage accented in gold. A hexagonal screen showed the Sports Illustrated swimsuit models posing on beaches as he sang.

Much like with his previous single 'Southern Girl,' McGraw takes a few minutes to show his love for Southern women in 'Lookin' for That Girl.' The 46-year-old stepped away from the mic for a moment to groove to his band as they played the new single live.

McGraw said it was an honor to perform on the show, but being the gentleman he is, he made sure to stay respectful to wife, Faith Hill.

"Certainly, as a kid growing up, I remember getting it and seein’ it," he says (quote via Country Weekly). "You know, you got Sports Illustrated all through the year, with football and basketball season. And as an athlete growing up, too, you’re always paying attention to that."

Of course, that's not all. "But, there was certainly something special about the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue that we don’t need to go into detail about ..." McGraw concludes, choosing his words carefully. "But it was cool being there."
