Tyler Salon Owner Pleads Guilty to Charges of Illegal Breast Augmentations

Carmel Foster, the woman accused of administering illegal breast and buttock injections entered a guilty plea today in the Seventh District Court in Tyler.

Judge Kerry Russell accepted the plea on two counts of practicing medicine without a license, a third degree felony.

Foster, the owner of the Queen Diva Salon in Tyler, was arrested in February when a customer was hospitalized in ICU after receiving the illegal breast enhancement injections.

A sentencing date for Foster will be held Aug. 31. She faces up to ten years on each count.
