In 2015, Wynonna Judd along with her Americana band Wynonna & the Big Noise made their SXSW debut and won over the hearts of many festival critics. This year, they're making their return in hopes to do it again with a new crowd.

The group will be performing in three showcases throughout the duration of the festival: Wednesday, March 16 — their ffficial SXSW showcase — Thursday, March 17 at Pandora Discovery Den in partnership with Americana Music Association, and Friday, March 18 at the Sun Radio Live Broadcast.

Wynonna & the Big Noise will be performing cuts off of their recently released Americana self-titled debut album, which hit shelves this past February. The album is seeing success on Americana radio, with their debut single sitting at No. 7 and continuing to rise on Americana airplay charts.

The album is littered with pretty big names from Music Row. Jason Isbell is featured on the project, and one of the cuts from the album, "Ain't No Thing" is written by recent breakout star Chris Stapleton. Wynonna & the Big Noise performed that song during their national television debut last month on Late Night With Seth Myers.

Several other acts will represent country music at the 2016 SXSW Festival. Kacey Musgraves and Maren Morris will both be performing at the popup Spotify House. Corey Smith, Lanco, Mo Pitney and Drake White will be performing throughout the week, as well.

SXSW takes place in Austin, Texas, showcasing upcoming and original acts in all genres.
