Many of you know that I am NOT a cook, nor do I care to cook! This was always distressing for my Granny. But, as Granny always said, "I just wasn't bent that way." Anyway, there are times when I feel guilty about always serving pre-made meals. So in those times, I pull out the old crockpot, and throw some kind of meat in it and hope for the best.

My so-called "go to" meal is to throw a 2 to 2 1/2-pound pork shoulder, into a crock pot and cook on it low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

First, I use a ton of dry rub BBQ seasonings. Don't add water or BBQ sauce! When the pork is done, pull the meat with two forks and you have pulled pork! Serve on buns with BBQ sauce, (if you like) baked beans (from a can of course) and you have dinner. My family loves it!

Not bad for someone who can't cook, right?!
