My name is Veronica Gonzalez..Born & raised here in the Sun City! I've been the biggest fan of the company I work for since I was yay-high (still yay-high 5'3). I began interning here in 2004 and left in 2006. Then 4 years later I landed a board operator position part time on weekends here at the station. I was your co-pilot on the weekends. As of June 1, 2017, I scored the KLAQ afternoon host position. A little about me if you're curious, I am a single mom to a little boy that I call my mug. I've got a lot of nicknames with family & friends such as V, Twinie, Calivbee, BeachyV & Onkush King. I love spending time with my family & friends when I have the time. I love my job & consider it like my second home. The way I spend my free time varies on what I am in the mood to do. If I got energy I love attending concerts, social gatherings, races, offroading, dancing, skateboarding and swimming. If I plan on having a quiet night in I prefer to vegg out, read, write or make it a pajamajam party watching movies at home. Also enjoy shopping at Victoria's Secret, Zumiez, Swell and Ulta. ☆ I enjoy all types of music minus Spanish just because I don't understand it. But it ranges from rocker to hip hopper even two stepper kind of music. But my all time favorite band hands down would be the Deftones. ☆ When it comes to sports, I enjoy rooting for the following teams. Football would be USC Trojans (college) and NOW Los Angeles Chargers. Then Baseball would be the Los Angeles Dodgers. As for Basketball I always root for the San Antonio Spurs. Hockey is a toughie just because I love the Anaheim Ducks and Los Angeles Kings. My favorite Golfer is the late Arnold Palmer (also is my favorite drink half tea half lemonade) And finally, Soccer I stick with my family roots which would be España. Thank you for listening to 95.5 KLAQ El Paso's best rock! We enjoy interacting with you so if you want to chit chat the rockline is 880-4955... Orrrrr if you want to stay in the know keep checking KLAQ.com, or the Q Mobile App!

Haunted El Paso, Texas Restaurant Encounter Re-enacted on ‘Paranormal Witness’ Was Intense
I didn't know the background of creepy stories that existed about this Italian restaurant in El Paso until recently. Thanks to SyFy I got an idea of how really haunted that place was back then.
