Harry Potter Becoming a Stage Play

This is BIG news for Harry Potter fans around the world. Author J.K. Rowling has confirmed that a stage play is in the works that will focus on Harry's life before going to Hogwarts.

Harry Potter is most prevalent in book and movie forms, but in the next two years it will be expanding to a live stage as well. Rowling has announced that the play will premiere withing two years in London's West End.

The play will not be written by Rowling, but she will be working closely with the writer to ensure that the story line is accurate and properly reflects what is already known about Harry from the books and movies.

The play will tell Harry's story as an orphan and muggle in the time before he went to Hogwarts.
