So your team didn't make it to the Super Bowl again for the 17th straight year, the good news fair weather NFL fans is when it comes to the Super Bowl even when your team doesn't make it to the big game you still gotta watch for the next "Bud Frogs" commercial.  Well, this year may have come up a little short on great commercials but not on controversy as it it seems Uncle Jesse's commercial for Oikos Greek Yogurt has come under fire for copyright infringement.

So it goes like this, there is an Australian band called John Butler Trio whose fans were up in arms over the commercial which contained a riff that they say sounded an awful lot like the start of the group's song "Zebra."

Oikos Greek Yogurt's issued the following statement "A question about the music in our Super Bowl commercial has been brought to our attention. We are working to fully understand and address the situation. We apologize for any concerns this has caused John Butler Trio's band members and fans," Click here to read more.

We'll let you decide was John Butler Trio ripped off? Take a listen to their song "Zebra" right here.

Now take a listen to to the Oikos Greek Yogurt commercial starring Stamos.  Is that "Zebra" playing in the background? Still not sure, try playing them both at once.
