WOW! A lioness at the Oregon Zoo thought she found herself the perfect meal, a little baby Zebra! But, the little baby Zebra turned out to be a 13 -month-old baby named Jack. The lioness seems very intent on either playing with, or eating the baby!

WOW! That's all I could say after I read this story. Evidently a woman from New York was reunited with her lost dog, Dusty, after seeing him in a segment about pet adoption on last Friday's "Today Show." Well, that was a short-lived reunion.

Check out the mad jump roping skills on Geronimo. It isn't enough for him to simply jump rope, Geronimo can get down some 'Double Dutch!" In my elementary and middle school days, I was quite the "Double Dutcher" myself.

Getting your kids to the dentist to get their cleaned is hard enough.  But cleaning the teeth of a 3000 lb. hippo? That seems crazy, not to mention extremely dangerous. That's what a doctor from North Carolina did for a hippo at the Puerto Rico  zoo. Evidently the hippos teeth had grown too big for his mouth so the Doc filed them down with a saw!  Hmmm,I wonder if he gets hazard pay?
