After watching the Golden Globes on Sunday night, I realized that there are several movies that I want to see before the Academy Awards air on February 28.

The 2015 Golden Globes winners are considered somewhat of a primer for the upcoming Oscars (both of which feature many of the same big Hollywood names and movies of the past year), but not exactly a perfect predictor either. Many movies and actors have won at the Golden Globes only to not even be nominated at the Oscars.

It's was glowing reviews for Amy Poehler and Tina Fey's hosting skills last night on the Golden Globes. The two were wickedly witty at times, throwing barbs here and there like they were on SNL.
Ricky Gervais may be returning as host of the Golden Globes, despite his controversial display in 2010.
The New York Post reports Gervais was spotted eating dinner with the president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which puts on the Globes, and an executive from NBC, which broadcasts it.
