On Saturday, Nov. 19, Keep Tyler Beautiful will host a community collection event joining thousands of local organizers holding recycling events across the country to celebrate America Recycles Day (ARD).

Getting rid of paint, stain and varnish isn't the easiest thing to do. If done improperly it could pose a big environmental problem. There's an easy way to recycle any unused paint that you have stored away in your garage or storage building this Saturday (May 21st), through the City of Tyler's Paint Recycling and Collection Day.

This year, Keep Tyler Beautiful and Ark-La-Tex Shredding are offering free personal document shredding for Tyler Recycles Day.  The event is part of the national Keep America Beautiful Recycles Day annual event, promoting recycling in the community.
