Rarely do we ever hear a company's response to a situation like this but we received an email from a member of McAlister's Deli management team explaining their response.

It is surely everyone's worst nightmare come true when it comes to food: finding bugs in your food.

Next week is Teachers and Nurses Appreciation Week! McAlister's Deli is offering free tea for teachers and nurses all next week--from May 3 through May 7.

So how do you score the free tea? It's really simple and completely virtual.

Attention Tea Freaks! You're sweet tea is once againg flowing at the newly remodeled and reopened McAlister's Deli in Tyler.

Now the average Super Bowl party will have between 14 and 22 attendees which means its going to take quite a bit of food to satisfy all of those appetites.

Tomorrow is National Iced Tea Day! McAlister's Deli is celebrating by giving away a limited number of their 32 oz tumblers, but you better get there early!

This morning I got a phone call from McAlister's Deli telling me that I won a cookie tray. I had forgotten that I dropped my business card into their drawing on a whim one day at lunch.
