It's absolutely ridiculous that a law had to be passed for this but kids, and anyone for that matter, can earn a few bucks by opening a lemonade stand without fear of being shut down.

I personally really like most of these updated laws for Texas as the majority of them protect privacy, open up liberties and help our children.
