It's not everyday you see something like this, that is unless you live in the same neighborhood as 80 year old Fort Worth resident Eugene Bostick. A few times each week, you can see Bostick in his specially made dog train taking a group of rescue dogs out for new adventures.

According to TheDodo.com, Bostick retired 15 years ago. He didn't originally plan to live his golden years as a conductor of a train for dogs, but it all kind of fell into place.

He said it all started because of people dumping dogs near the barn where he keeps his animals. He took the stray dogs in and gave them vet care and a home. After taking in a few of these abandoned dogs over the years, he decided he needed some way to keep them entertained. That's when he had the idea to build his train.

"One day I was out and I seen this guy with a tractor who attached these carts to pull rocks. I thought, 'Dang, that would do for a dog train,'" said Bostick. "I'm a pretty good welder, so I took these plastic barrels with holes cut in them, and put wheels under them and tied them together."

He says that now the dogs love their train rides. When they hear him hooking the tractor up, they run and jump into their seats. These are obviously 9 pretty lucky dogs.
