Tim McGraw is never shy about praising all the important women in his life, so when Mother's Day rolled around this year (May 12), the singer was eloquent with his tribute to the moms he loves best.

"For my wife, my mom, my sisters and all the mothers out there," he posted on social media, with a photo of beautiful flowers to accompany the text. You are our heart, our soul, our strength and our foundation...You are the givers of life and grace. Thank you for everything."

McGraw's wife, of course, is fellow country star Faith Hill, who is the mother of his three daughters (Gracie, Maggie and Audrey). The couple will celebrate 23 years of marriage this October.

His self-termed "incredible mama," Betty, is also a huge presence in his life: McGraw was raised believing that his step-father, Horace Smith, was his father, and only when he was 11 did he discover that his biological father was baseball star Tug McGraw. Through all this, his mom was an anchor and huge influence which he has spoken about frequently over the years.

McGraw will be busy when it comes time for HIS day (i.e., Father's Day), as he will be hitting the road this June, but not to play concerts. McGraw will promote his upcoming book release, Songs of America: Patriotism, Protest and the Music That Made a Nation, on an official book tour.
