The biggest night in the music industry is this Sunday - The 54th Grammy's. Every genre will be represented. Rock, Pop, Jazz, R&B, Rap, Metal, Alternative, Instrumental, Gospel, Christian and of course - Country. It's always a thrill to see the mish-mash of artists who come together to share a love of music. But this year their will be  cloud of sadness over the event - Whitney Houston passed away yesterday at the age of 48.Whitney was no stranger to the Grammy's, winning her share of the coveted awards! Whitney Houston has always been in my life, I was so sad to hear the tragic news.

I'm sure the producers are working on some sort of special remembrance  for tonight's show. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and hope that Whitney now has peace.
