Amy’s Easy ‘Chicken Salsa Ranch Wraps’ Recipe
It's a well known fact that I don't cook, but recipes like this one are what help me put something easy and healthy on the table! This coming from a girl who microwaves on a regular basis, Ha Ha! Well every now I feel a little guilty for not preparing something for the family, so I pull out this easy foolproof recipe! Granted, a wrap is not a new idea, but the mixture of the salsa with the ranch dressing makes for a really great flavor! This is such an easy recipe we can just call it the 'even Amy can cook it!' Enjoy!

Chicken Salsa Ranch Wraps
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 ranch dressing
shredded cheese, lettuce and sliced red bell peppers, to serve
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until cooked through. Stir in salsa and ranch. Cook until bubbly.
To serve: Place a tortilla on a plate. Top with chicken mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce and red pepper. Roll up and serve.
