Best 2014 Homemade Halloween Costumes

Halloween is just around the corner and you should definitely be deciding on what to dress up as!

As the holidays approach, it's time to plan the festivities -- from Thanksgiving holiday to putting up Christmas lights, but the most important and fun one of all…is deciding what to dress up as for Halloween.

A few of the best outfits to choose from may include...

1. Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy: Get yourself a red trench coat, a robot-like mask, and a really awesome soundtrack.

2. Any character from Orange is the New Black: Get orange scrubs or jumpsuit, a bad attitude, and some great cat-eye eyeliner.

3. Princess Elsa from Frozen: A rocking' side braid, blue dress, and throw ice cubes at people.

4. A domino: Wear a white shirt and pants with black dots painted on your chest, and stand next to someone and do a trust fall.

5. Troll: Grab a nude unitard/tiny dress and tease your hair to the highest extend and dye it purple or green.

6. Angelica from the Rugrats: Grab a pig-tail blonde wig, a jumper, carry around a Barbie with crazy hair, and scream "cookie" at everyone

7. For the pregnant mommies out there, be a zombie! Use fake blood all over yourself and a white t-shirt, and stick a plastic baby doll arm out of the belly of your shirt.

8. Dwight from The Office: Rock a gelled-out middle part, a tacky suit, and a depressing attitude.

9. Your dog can be a tiger: Paint your dog orange/white with black stripes and let him/her run wild!

10. Legos: Grab a few cardboard boxes, paint them yellow and fun faces on them, and walk like a robot singing "This is Awesome!"
