Sounds like Blake Shelton is making his way to the big screen!

Apparently, the country singer will make his film debut in Ridiculous 6, a spoof of Westerns such as The Magnificent Seven. Blake will play Wyatt Earp, a real-life lawman from the Old West who has been portrayed in a handful of books and movies, such as Tombstone. The movie also will be starring the singer's longtime friend (and sometime duet partner), Trace Adkins.

A look at the rest of the Ridiculous 6 cast is a hilarious story to say the least.

Vanilla Ice joins Shelton as another musician-turned-actor in the flick, playing a second true historical figure, Mark Twain. The musicians aren't the only big talent. There are a lot of screen stars including Steve Buscemi, Whitney Cummings, Terry Crews, Taylor Lautner, Nick Nolte and Luke Wilson. Adam Sandler's fellow SNL alums rumored to appear in the film are Dan Aykroyd, Chris Parnell, Will Forte, Jon Lovitz and Rob Schneider. Move over Darth Vader, because in this movie Nick Nolte is Blake's father!

Set to begin production in February, Ridiculous 6 will be the first in a series of films Sandler is making exclusively for Netflix. Sandler signed a deal to produce four exclusive movies for the streaming service.
