On Saturday, July 30 at 10 a.m., Liberty Hall will show their final children’s classic for the summer, Disney’s “Aladdin.”

Aladdin is a street-urchin who lives in a large and busy town with his faithful friend, Abu. Princess Jasmine lives in the palace and is longing for independence. One day, Jasmine sneaks out to the marketplace, where she accidentally meets Aladdin.

Under the orders of the evil Jafar (the sultan's advisor), Aladdin is thrown in jail and becomes caught in Jafar's plot to rule the land with the aid of a mysterious lamp. Legend has it that only a person who is a "diamond in the rough" can retrieve the lamp from the Cave of Wonders. Aladdin might fit that description, but it is not enough to marry the princess, who must marry a prince. Will Aladdin and Jasmine find true love and live happily ever after?

Tickets are $7 and are on sale on line or at the door starting at 9 a.m.

Liberty Hall now sells Popcorn Junction popcorn at the concession stand. Come and try all of the new flavors!
