Frustrated With Your Smartphone? Join The Club [VIDEO]

Tell me please that I am not the only person who can't figure out my smartphone? Seriously, what is wrong with giving us simple written instructions and directions on how to use the frustrating thing?

Recently, I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy SIII, and I admit, I don't know how to use it very well. I know, I know, I can Google it! That's what a friend did for me to help me out.

This thing is like the hardest jig-saw puzzle I have ever attempted. I have my work email on my phone, and last night the thing kept beeping and beeping until I wanted to throw it in the toilet.

I went to "settings" and tried to fix the problem, but to no avail. Needless to say, I'm sleep deprived and frustrated. So if you guys are in the same boat -- here is a tutorial that may help, but to be honest it only mixed me up more.

(Now that I think about it, I could watch the tutorial and it could lull me to sleep).

I realize that I came from a generation that wasn't as technically forward, but who would have thought that one day you would have to take an actual class to learn how to use a phone?  Good luck!
