'Dallas' fans are eagerly awaiting the return of the Ewing clan to Southfork. Well fans, you only have to wait a few more hours.  The all new "Dallas" kicks off tonight with a two-hour premiere at 8 p.m. on TNT.

Again another blast from the past -- my childhood all over again. I will definitely be watching.

Some of the greats are returning, including  J.R., Bobby and Sue Ellen Ewing. Of course you know the schemes, backstabbing and betrayals will be back with them. This time, they're joined by the next generation of Ewings, who take ambition and deception to a whole new level -- a wicked one.

The new Dallas stars Josh Henderson, Jesse Metcalfe, (who was the sexy lawn boy from Desperate Housewives, girls!) Jordana Brewster, Julie Gonzalo and Brenda Strong, and they will be joined by iconic stars Patrick Duffy, Linda Gray and Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing.

Rumor has it "Dallas" will be full of greed, sex, lies and wickedness. Well of course, it is "Dallas" after all.

The series kicks off with Bobby (Patrick Duffy) preparing to sell Southfork to a conservancy that would guarantee the ranch's vast, pristine acreage can never be despoiled by oil rigs. Little does Bobby know that his nephew, John Ross, is already drilling Southfork land on the sly. Across town, J.R., who since we last saw him lost Ewing Oil and much of his fortune, resides in a catatonic state in a retirement facility.

But with the news that Southfork is about to be sold, J.R. starts to get that twinkle in his eyes and the old vengeful  J.R. returns -  tufted eyebrows and wicked grin to boot.

Check out this great montage of J.R's best moments!
