Facebook

Members of the Robertson family in the hit TV show ‘Duck Dynasty’ are denying a report that patriarch Phil Robertson will soon no longer be a part of the show.

PARADE magazine, which is included in many Sunday newspapers around the country, reported this week that Phil, or ‘Duck Commander’ as he is often known, won’t be part of the show much longer.

The magazine quoted Robertson as saying, ““Not long. But I think it’ll go on without me,” when asked how much longer he will be part of the show.

Al Robertson, spokesman for the family, told The Shreveport Timeshowever, Phil is not leaving the show.

‘Duck Dynasty,’ which smashed many cable TV records with its Season 3 premiere, starts Season 4 on Aug. 14.
