Summer may be over, but that didn't stop Jake Owen from bringing a little southern summer to 'Conan' Tuesday night (Oct. 15), where he peformed his latest single, 'Days of Gold.' Owen's upbeat performance accompanied by a full band brought the southern party anthem to life on Conan O'Brien's home stage.

'Days of Gold' is the first single and title track from Owen's upcoming album, which is set for release on Dec. 3. The singer recently teased fans on Twitter about his fourth album, sharing a very cool handwritten photo of the 12-song track listing.

Last month, Owen began getting fans excited for 'Days of Gold' when he released the first single's music video and revealed the album cover, which features the long-haired vocalist doing something else he loves -- hanging out on the water.

When Owen isn't recording songs or tweeting his fans, he's been busy on the road with Jason Aldean and Thomas Rhett for Aldean's Night Train Tour. There are still shows left if you haven't gotten a chance to check out the trio.

For those overly eager fans, 'Days of Gold' is officially available for pre-order on iTunes.
