Join KNUE, Trace Adkins + WWII Vets at Brookshire’s [VIDEO]
May 29, 2012 11:45 AM Join KNUE along with country superstar Trace Adkins at Brookshire’s on Rice Road in Tyler this Thursday morning at 6 a.m. Brookshire Grocery Company is sending 33 WWII Veterans to Washington D.C. and Trace will be there to sing the National Anthem!Trace Adkins supports our military and the veterans are from Longview, Canton, Bullard, Malakoff, Frankston, Tyler, Lindale, Winnsboro, Jefferson, Holly Lake Ranch, Flint, Jacksonville, Whitehouse, Pittsburg, Athens and Hideaway Lake.
The veterans will visit various sites when in Washington, including the National WWII Memorial. What an exciting time for these deserving vets and what a great send-off from Brookshire’s/Super 1 Foods WWII Heroes Flight!
