Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott is expecting two babies in February 2018. The singer is expecting twins.

The double blessing is a twist of fate for Scott, as it was just one year ago she was discussing a heartbreaking miscarriage. Scott and Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood announced they were separately expecting in a joint post to Instagram on Thursday (Aug. 18). On Friday (Aug. 19) the singer shared a video in which she and husband Chris Tyrell tell their daughter Eisele. The 4-year-old is beyond excited to learn she'll be an older sister times two.

On Instagram Scott shared more photos from the moment — including one of Eisele with two donuts on her fingers — that are sure to melt your heart. The 31-year-old answered a few questions fans may naturally have.

Because we've been so open about our last pregnancy loss and journey, I want to be fully transparent with you that this happened naturally. Chris nor I have any family history of twins that we can find and are just resting in the profound gift this truly is. My heart still grieves for our loss and all who are struggling with pregnancy and infant loss and infertility. God hears every prayer and I will continue to share our story to point to the Source of all life, peace and comfort in the best and most difficult of times. Don't lose hope!

The twins, and Haywood and his wife Kelli's baby boy (due in December) will double the #BabyBellum clan to six, including Cash Haywood and Charles Kelley's son Ward. Scott suffered a miscarriage in 2015 but it inspired her Christian hit song "Thy Will," from the Grammy winning album Love Remains.

Musically the band continue to tour on the You Look Good Tour. The song "You Look Good" is inside the Top 10 and the trio say they'll release the title track from their Heart Break album as the next single.
