Longview Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck by Vehicle

Longview police say a man asked to leave a nightclub for causing a disturbance was found a short time later lying in a roadway where he apparently had been struck by a vehicle.

Officers say Anson Fuller of Longview was attempting to cross the roadway outside the Cloud Nine Club on West Marshall Ave when he was hit by a truck. Fuller died of his injuries a short time later at a local hospital. The driver of the pickup truck, Calob Player, 20, of White Oak was not ticketed.
