Waylon Jennings is the epitome of country music at it's finest! Born in a little West Texas town, Waylon quickly picked up the guitar and got a job as a DJ while he was still just a boy. While Waylon was a DJ he met Buddy Holly and began touring with the group as the bass player.  The Nashville came calling. But Waylon really didn't fit in the Nashville 'mold' they tried to put him in!
