January 16, 2013 The Miss America pageant was this past Saturday, and I usually stick around to see each contestant introduce themselves and check out Miss Texas. That's about all of the pageant I watch. But boy do I wish I would have watched more of this year's Miss America.
December 21, 2012 This is such a funny and sweet video. It's a commercial for Dysart's restaurant in Bangor, Maine, and the actors are an elderly woman and man. I'm not sure if they are married, but it sure seems like it.
November 14, 2012 Why is it that other people's embarrassment always seems to give us the best laugh? YouTube has supplied us with more videos than we can count of people doing embarrassing things that make us feel better about ourselves. It seems that a lot of these videos are of people who have recently had some kind of surgery and the medicine is making them feel really, really good. Sometimes, even a little too good.

August 14, 2012 Cats are known for their curiosity, but crashing through the ceiling during a lecture about "theory of change," doesn't sound like something a cat would really be curious about! This happened at the University of Costa Rica, and if you noticed one of the students yells "it's a cat, it's a cat, a cat." At least one student has learned something at college, but then you hear someone whistlin' for the cat like you would a dog -- really?!
July 18, 2012 This Is Lulu. Lulu is a cat. It's Lulu's birthday. Lulu doesn't like her singing birthday card. Lulu attacks her singing birthday card. Lulu really wanted catnip and toys for her birthday, not a singing birthday card. Lulu hates the obnoxious singing birthday card! It takes Lulu less than two seconds to pounce on her singing birthday card. Lulu finally kills singing birthday card. Happy Birthday Lulu!
