I've been proud of myself for getting back into the gym about a year and a half ago. I thought my workouts were pretty good. I realized that was a big "No!" after the last couple of weekends working out with a friend of mine.
With spring break and summer just around the corner, it seems that the more we need to go to the gym, the less time we have to do so. Luckily, these online workouts don't require you to even leave your room.
