Taylor Swift is reportedly being considered to portray music legend Joni Mitchell in "Girls Like Us," the film version of the book by Shelia Weller,  "Both Sides Now." She does look a young Joni Mitchell a bit.According to Variety -

Taylor does not have an official offer on the table, she has been linked to the role of the Canadian-born performer for several months as other actresses have auditioned to play the other two leads in the film. While not officially "greenlit" yet, the film is tentatively scheduled to start production later this year when the three leads would be available for filming.

Earlier this year, I wrote a post that Taylor might be joining the cast in the big-screen version of "Les Miserable," ultimate the role of Eponine went to Samantha Barks, who had already played the part.

Taylor was  in 2010's "Valentine's Day" and just recently she voiced the part of Audrey in the Dr Suess story, "The Lorax."

I'm Taylor Swift can do whatever she puts her mind to. I'll keep ya updated!
