Toby Keith’s Oklahoma Twister Relief Show Sells Out … Again
As promised, once production was finalized, event organizers had additional tickets to release for purchase. They also sold in in a matter of minutes in an incredibly heartening response to the devastating tornado which ravished Moore, Okla. Fans hoping to attend the concert snatched up the tickets with overwhelming demand.
The capacity crowd will be treated to some of country music's biggest and most influential stars, including Keith, Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood, Ronnie Dunn, Sammy Hagar, Mel Tillis and John Anderson, as well as Carrie Underwood who will perform via satellite from the iconic Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville. Just added to the bill are the 'Drinks After Work hitmaker's daughter Krystal Keith and Kellie Coffey.
Brooks will be the first of the big-name country crooners, with Keith scheduled to finish off the evening. The concert will end with a bang, promising a 10-minute fireworks display, and rumors about a grand finale performance have been circulating.
The twister relief show will take place Saturday (July 6) at the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord Family -- Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, Okla. Doors open at 1:30PM CT and showtime is 3PM CT.
