In light of the awful tragedy in Telefner, TX this past Friday where a 4-year-old boy dies from a gunshot wound to the  stomach by his 5-year-old sibling who was playing with a bolt-action rifle in the family's Texas home, it makes you stop and wonder why these tragedy's  happen. What can be done about it that hasn't been done?
