Now this isn't the first time that Randy has been intoxicated in public, or assumed to be intoxicated. You

might remember when he collapsed on stage in Fort Worth. Rumors spread that he could have a drinking problem.

Well, it turned out that it was due to allergy medication. That, I buy. But being drunk at 1:30 in the morning on the steps of a church after celebrating the Super Bowl -- is a stretch. (Now they are saying he had a fight with his girlfriend). But what do you really think? Are you worried about Randy?
