PATH to Hold ‘Baby Games’ This Weekend
People Attempting To Help – PATH, will be holding its first-ever “Baby Games” this Saturday, May 12 to help raise diapers for those in need. This kid-sized Olympic event will be at the Brookshire’s World of Wildlife Museum at Old Jacksonville Highway and Loop 323 in Tyler. The “Baby Games” will run from 10 a.m. to noon.
Come out and enjoy all the activities for the kids; face painting, races and sporting events, games and snacks too. It’s all geared toward kids of all ages and parents too!
Admission to join in the fun is a package of diapers. The diapers will benefit babies in Smith County. The diapers will be distributed through PATH’s food pantry to families in need. If you would like to a monetary donation instead of diapers – that’s great!
PATH’s mission is to serve, through well-equipped volunteers, the economically disadvantaged people in Smith County with both emergency assistance and programs to empower and encourage them to become self-sufficient.
