The Tyler Parks and Recreation Department and the Tyler Public Library have started a pilot program called the "Little Free Library" at Southside Park in Tyler.
It's been a long time coming, but Toll 49 is finally complete and open from I-20 to Hwy. 110 in Whitehouse.
