May 3, 2012 WOW! A lioness at the Oregon Zoo thought she found herself the perfect meal, a little baby Zebra! But, the little baby Zebra turned out to be a 13 -month-old baby named Jack. The lioness seems very intent on either playing with, or eating the baby!
April 24, 2012 WOW! That's all I could say after I read this story. Evidently a woman from New York was reunited with her lost dog, Dusty, after seeing him in a segment about pet adoption on last Friday's "Today Show." Well, that was a short-lived reunion.

August 24, 2011 Getting your kids to the dentist to get their cleaned is hard enough. But cleaning the teeth of a 3000 lb. hippo? That seems crazy, not to mention extremely dangerous. That's what a doctor from North Carolina did for a hippo at the Puerto Rico zoo. Evidently the hippos teeth had grown too big for his mouth so the Doc filed them down with a saw! Hmmm,I wonder if he gets hazard pay?
