These days Casey Donahew Band is one of the hottest acts in Texas. They pretty much can't release a single without it going No. 1, nor put on a show without selling it out. But it's been a long road, in fact this past October the band celebrated their ten year anniversary. Pretty impressive for the Burleson based band. This week CDB will not only be in concert at Electric Cowboy, they've also got the RTX Sunday Video.
Rich O'Toole is not only one of the hardest working people in Texas Music, he also likes marijuana and jalapenos, a bunch. We know this, of course, because of his hit song "Marijuana and Jalapenos." And he's back at Electric Cowboy this Wednesday (11/21).
This Friday (11/23) Gilmer native Curtis Grimes is coming home to perform the big night-after-Thanksgiving concert at Electric Cowboy. It'll be a great concert to bring any out-of-state family members that haven't been fortunate enough to see a Texas Music concert yet.
Curtis Grimes was a baseball standout at Harmony High School while growing up in East Texas. Though, these days the "Irresponsible" singer makes his home in Austin, staying busy nurturing a fan base that has stretched outside of Texas, thanks to a deep run on season one of NBC's The Voice -- he always finds his way back home to East Texas around the holidays.
