The Texas Rangers made a big splash this off-season when they acquired Japanese phenom Yu Darvish. A move that guaranteed the 25-year-old super-star $100 million.

Darvish who's super-star status in Japan has been compared to that of a Justin Bieber in the US or David Beckham in the UK impressed this Spring Training striking out 21 batters in 15 innings. Darvish makes his Major League debut tonight against the Mariners.

But Darvish won't be alone in his debut. Texas Music is ending their own super-star to the mound, as Randy Rogers will be throwing out the first pitch. Randy took to his Facebook page today asking for any pointers from fans -- so stop by and offer up one or two if you have one.

Then don't miss the Rangers take on the Mariners tonight; first pitch is 7:05 p.m. Randy's will be some time before that. Don't forget about his upcoming show in Longview, either!
