Police In North Texas Captured A Suspect Who Was On A Wild Crime Spree Over The Last Few Weeks.

There's nothing more compelling to watch than criminals who try to make a run from the police. There's dozens of TV shows about it and whenever one is happening live, TV news stations go live immediately to the scene because people will tune in even though the likely outcome is the bad guy will get caught.

That's why several police departments have implemented "no chase" policies to ensure public safety which is what happened back in September when White Settlement police came across a wanted suspect but little did they know that they would see him again soon.

It All Started On Sunday, September 22 at 1:54 p.m.

In a video posted by the White Settlement Police Department on YouTube, the White Settlement Police Department was notified by the Fort Worth Police Department Real Time Crime Center that an occupied stolen car and had pulled into a restaurant.

The WSPD Officer positioned their patrol car behind the stolen car, a black Jeep Liberty SUV. The suspect placed the car into reverse and rammed the officer’s Police-marked Tahoe and a chase was initiated. The suspect fled westbound on I-30 and began driving reckless, passing vehicles on the shoulder, and putting other motorists at risk due to excessive speeds. The WSPD supervisor terminated the chase due to the reckless driving behaviors. Thankfully the officer wasn't injured and police later located the stolen car abandoned.

Fast Forward To October 3rd When Another Wild Police Chase Unfolded.

This time Fort Worth police were chasing a suspect in a stolen car who ended up crashing into a unoccupied home and tried to run away on foot. He was quickly captured and identified as 33 year old Adam John Goras III.

Turns out Goras was the one who ran from White Settlement cops in September and he now faces a number of charges in White Settlement and Fort Worth, including evading arrest, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fraudulent use and possession of identifying information, and theft of property $2,500-$30,000.
