strange requests to dentists

When I was around 10, I recall that while I was in the dentist chair I started waving my arms in the air as if I were conducting a make believe orchestra. Not something I would usually do, but nitrous oxide (laughing gas) can cause a kid to do some pretty strange things. However, when the Chicago Dental Society was asked to submit the strangest requests they had ever received from the patients (wi
