Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes Getting Divorced

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting divorced after five years of marriage, according to a report from TMZ.

The two have one child together, 6-year-old Suri. This is the third divorce for Tom Cruise, who was previously married to Nicole Kidman (with two children) and Mimi Rogers.

Katie's attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, released this statement:

This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."

TMZ reports the two have a prenuptial agreement, and the pair's net worth is around $275 million. The site also reports the two were last seen in public together in February (shown above). Katie did not attend any of the premiers for Tom's new movie, "Rock of Ages."
