World Record Crocodile Captured In Philippines
A crocodile captured in the Philippines last September has been named the largest in captivity in the world! Why it took them so long to declare it the largest I don’t know, but look at this thing! Talk about a monster!
The crocodile has been blamed for numerous deaths – including a child who went missing just a few weeks before it’s capture! Lolong, as it was named, is now on display at a ecotourism park where it has brought in more that $72,000 in entrance fees from people wanting to see the monster. Guinness World records measured the crocodile at 20.24 feet and weighing in at more than a ton!
What’s really scary is that villagers say a bigger crocodile escaped the traps the same day that Lolong was captured! Yikes!
